Returns & Exchanges

Undefeated Malaysia offers a 7-day return policy for all unworn apparel and footwear provided they are in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that limited-edition releases and discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

• 2.
  Wait for Authorization

  Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours; once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email with further instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our Kuala Lumpur warehouse and provide the tracking number to our support team for processing.
